Who the controller is
Teach HQ Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 14516976, is the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us using the contact form on this site.
What we hold

Your account
Your name, your email address, the organisation you belong to and the role you hold there. This is what lets you sign in and lets your school assign you training.

Your learning
The courses you enrol on, your progress through them, your assessment results and the certificates issued to you. Your school can see the training it assigned you and whether you completed it.

What you type into a tool
The information you enter into an AI tool, and what it produced, so you can return to a plan and see how it was arrived at. Our tools do not ask for pupil information and you should not enter any.

How the site is used
Where you have agreed to it, information about how this website is used, so we can improve it. You choose this on the cookie banner and can change your mind at any time.
Your questions
Do you sell my data?
No.
Is what I type used to train an AI model?
No. It is used to answer your request and is not used to train a model.
Who else processes it?
We use a small number of suppliers to run the service: a hosting and database provider, an email provider for sign-in and notification mail, an AI provider for the text our tools generate, and a speech provider for course narration. We will name them in full on request.
How long do you keep it?
For as long as you hold an account, and for as long afterwards as your school needs the training record to be complete. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you.
How do I ask for a copy, or ask you to delete it?
Use the contact form on this site. If your account belongs to a school, we may need to involve them, because parts of your training record belong to their compliance obligations as well as to you.
